The most intriguing and explosive fact about the Dell Streak is that it does not resemble a regular phone. It does not have the boring appearance and design of a cell phone. Instead, the Dell Streak presents itself in the fashion of an iPad, only much smarter! It is an Android phone with all the important applications present, and with a gigantic 5-inch screen, which will become your best tool for watching online videos, for surfing the web, or for sending those emails.

It is a combination of stylish and robust design, which makes it appropriate for almost everybody. It boasts with a 1 GHz processor (Qualcom Snapdragon!) which is a guarantee for fast and accurate responses and speedy data recovery, a 5 megapixels camera and a VGA camera perfect for your video calls. This little gadget knows a lot, but also weighs more than a regular phone or smartphone, and that is a little below 8 ounces. However, its ultra-thin design and glossy carbon black color will make you want to own it. The display is amazing, true to life colors, and even if you hold your phone into direct sunlight, you will not notice a difference.

The Dell Streak has a very well organized on-desktop appearance, where you can switch between six different home screens and many shortcuts that will help you keep your own files and apps organized. Stay connected with today’s trend dictating social networks like Twitter, Facebook, or Youtube right from the screen of your smartphone.

It also has a very comfortable sized keypad, which has both letters and numeric pad included. A hybrid between a laptop and a cell phone, it will replace both their tasks very efficiently. You do not have to carry around your large screen laptop, when you can have access to all the important applications through Dell Streak. At a relatively good price, it is a very smart investment for people who need to stay connected all the time.

Web design is not a work that only needs web development knowledge; it also requires loads of creativity. Without creativity, a web design will just be a project work, but with your own creativity, it could be a dream work. Web design can be done through PHP and also .<st1:stockticker>NET</st1:stockticker>; if you are going to design a professional web site for a corporate company, then you can use .<st1:stockticker>NET</st1:stockticker> because it has its own standards.

PHP is just a script oriented language which can be learnt easily and that is the reason why many open source web designs are available only in PHP coding. But a web site that is developed using ASP.<st1:stockticker>NET</st1:stockticker> is really better than the one developed with PHP, because using .<st1:stockticker>NET</st1:stockticker> there is more to implement and you have to be a techie and should have known many concepts and the base languages of .<st1:stockticker>NET</st1:stockticker> such as c#, the next thing to be concentrated is the visual treat. Using flash certainly adds more beauty to the website and makes it more attractive, but it has some drawbacks, if someone is viewing the web site in an low bandwidth internet connection, then there will be hell lot of problems in viewing the website that has flash presentations or videos in it. The old browser do not support flash content in the web sites, the users viewing the website must have installed adobe flash in their browser, not to mention that flash will take a whole lot of storage space on your server. All these things should be well considered before we design a website. The last is about the operating system that you use to develop the website design, windows is traditional; however Mac operating system has its own attractions like the color calibration while windows operating system supports all kind of file formats. But nowadays the latest updated operating system of Mac and Windows 7 both are equal and they both associate with all kind of file formats.

I hate Spam. That horrible meaty stuff that comes in a can, only God knows who would eat it. I also hate it when it comes into my inbox, I am not interested in buying teeth whitening or buying business cards thank you very much! So you can imagine my frustration when I discovered in an <a title="HP to turn your printer into an advertising machine"href="http://www.techeye.net/hardware/hp-to-turn-your-printer-into-an-advertising-machine"target="_blank">article on techeye.net that HP was planning to introduce Spam to their printers.

Apparantly HP’s ePrint printers, which are connected to the home router so they take in internet as well as the computer, will print out adverts with the help of Yahoo’s advertising network. Simply put, your ePrint printer will start spewing out adverts with your paper and ink. In my book, it’s Spam. And that’s one point against it already. It is pretty expensive to fill up your printer with ink, and with needless adverts coming out of your printer, expect costs to soar, and is it really good for the environment as well?

These adverts are targeted to the user. So if you’re a macho guy who loves football, you won’t get an advert for chemical peel. It would probably depend on what you do on the internet, and adverts are selected to the user. So the activities you partake in at 12 o’clock at night could easily be reflected in the adverts you get at 12 o’clock in the afternoon.

I think that this is a rubbish idea. I already hate my inkjet printer for the fact that it is so expensive to print on, I hardly ever print in colour for that matter, and now my ink and paper is to be wasted for adverts I really could do without. And for that matter, what’s in it for us? From reading this article and similar ones, I don’t see any saving for us, the consumers as HP revels in free advertising we don’t get a subsidy in ink or paper which will be wasted. A fail in my opinion, and it will probably be banned when there are more stringent environmental policies when users complain of the wastage. I don’t mind reading adverts if they are in my newspapers, (I read the Evening Standard, doesn’t cost a penny so I don’t complain about adverts) but why on Earth should we pay for advertising?

Microsoft Office was a revolutionary software when it was launched. We got the innovative MS Word, the professional MS PowerPoint, MS Excel transformed accounting, and MS Access made it easy to store data and create letters fast using “Mail Merge.”

Microsoft Office is great for a variety of tasks, but it comes at a price. The latest version, MS Office could cost up to £349, pretty expensive for a home computer. The other, tempting option would be to copy somebody else’s MS Office yet it is risky, doesn’t update and you could face a hefty fine should you get caught with a dodgy copy.

There is a third option, use OpenOffice. You get full Office software, free of charge. OpenOffice is a perfect substitute for MS Office as it caters for all functions, just like MS Office.

Writer is OpenOffice’s answer to MS Office’s Word. With many templates plus more to download, you can create letters and faxes, as well as carry out Mail Merge, OpenOffice is designed for not only the standard home computer, but also for the fully fledged businesses.

Calc is the spreadsheet with the “Intelligent Sum Button.”Without having to do an IT degree, you can easily carry out sum functions to save time. You can easily open your MS Office documents on Calc without any issues.

Base is great for creating a record of business clients, or simply organizing your filing. Make tables, queries, forms and reports just like MS Access.

Wow your clients in meetings with Impress. Create professional presentations, add clip art in 2D and 3D, choose from ready made templates and designs, as well as use animation and special effects to make your presentation stand out.

As well as the four staple programmes of office, OpenOffice have extra programmes for every use. Make fabulous posters, and flyers using Draw, a powerful designing tool, Math is the programme for creating mathematical equations to place on your documents.

OpenOffice is a worthy competitor against MS Office, being suitable for a variety of users, be it for typing letters, to creating database for accounts. However, I was given a tip by a friend who works in human resources software, apparently if you are starting a business or using it for work purposes you should always shell out the money for the MS programs, as you can’t always open up OpenOffice products on MS programs. And since Microsoft is the standard, you could run into trouble or even worse, be seen as unprofessional.

Recently I saw a website of the world famous magazine “Cosmopolitan”. The printed version of this women’s magazine was first published in 1960’s. Presently, the magazine features a wide variety of subjects including sex, health, relationships, celebrity lifestyle, careers, and also gives a lot of emphasis on the fashion and beauty segment.

The cover stories of website should be quite appealing to readers, I surely found them so. Some of them are covered topical issues such as date rape drugs, women getting into the strange taxis during the night and many more. The magazine publishes attractive pictures of young female models in bikini or low cut dresses. It has an open platform and publishes interesting issues like secret sex life of young women. The controversial articles have made this website quite popular in the American society and the world over. It is quite bold to discuss publicly the problems of the single woman. The website also provides many tips on dating and discusses facts on how to enjoy a good sex life.

If you visit the fashion segment of this website you will get plenty of information. The magazine has got a very popular section on women’s health and beauty tips (there is everything you wanted to know from ladies underwear to Botox). It gives detailed information on various health and beauty related tips which can be practiced at home. The health check section also reveals various useful and interesting facts which are currently affecting people’s life. One can also get various style tips by following this segment. The products displayed here are quite easily available at various stores and most of them are inexpensive and within the budget of many of the readers.

The section named ‘real life reads’ is quite interesting as it narrates the real life stories of different persons. The gossip section on “embarrassing stories” draws a huge readership as here the people disclose the shocking and shameful events of their past life.

This site should be a must see for any woman who wants to feel empowered and want to learn about style, health, and of course fashion.

Maybe it’s just me, but the television commercials of years ago seemed to be a lot more fun than today’s. I was thinking about chocolate bars this morning (I often think about chocolate bars!), when I remembered, from my childhood, the old ‘Trio’ adverts with the loud-mouthed girl. Being the sad case I am, I decided to see if anyone had uploaded any of them onto YouTube. Lo and behold, it seems I am not the only sad case out there… not only did I find several ‘Trio’ adverts, but I also found a wealth of other great TV ads from years gone by!

If you have nothing better to do with yourself than spending half an hour on YouTube (like yours truly), then you will have a really enjoyable trip down memory lane. ‘R. Whites’, ‘Monster Munch’, ‘Kia-Ora’, ‘Chewits’ and even that creepy advert for ‘Kinder Surprise’; they are all on here. And every time you watch one you will remember another half a dozen others when you see them on the side panel. In fact, if you are not careful then you could easily end up watching retro television commercials all day long.

Of course, when you see stuff like this from when you were a child, it brings back all kinds of happy memories. Life seemed to be so much simpler back then. Perhaps it really was or maybe it is just because I was young and did not have the worries and responsibilities of today.

As you all know, I on occasion look into online products as a matter of interest and I have recently found a company that does online hr management software. To have managers logged into a central network seems like a really obvious idea to me, also a massive time saver, I have no idea why this is the first time it is getting popular.

<p align="left"style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Cell phones are no longer used only for making calls or sending text messages any more. Most cell phone users want more, specifically a fast and reliable way to gain access to the internet. Wi-Fi is the new way, and mobile phone companies are moving towards this rapidly to appease the demands of the public.

<p align="left"style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">In 2009, there were over 139 million phones with Wi-Fi capability up from 93 million a year before, with that number expecting to jump to 500 million in the next five years, according to studies conducted by ABI.

<p align="left"style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">This is not just limited to Smartphones (although this technology is available on approximately 90 percent of all Smartphones), but to regular mobiles as well, as most companies are beginning to equip their regular mobile phones with Wi-Fi. However, most mobile phone providers will focus mainly on Smartphones, under the belief that regular, less expensive mobile phones will share a smaller portion of the overall market.

<p align="left"style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Wi-Fi provides a much faster connection to the internet than the standard cellular connection. To help this demand, most internet carriers are adding more and more hotspots for easy and efficient connections, including AT&T, who have recently acquired Wayport in 2008. This will not only help laptop users, but also Wi-Fi mobile phone users gain access to the internet while at the same time will not overburden the internet carrier’s 3G network.

<p align="left"style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">The latest Wi-Fi technology, the IEEE 802.11n has recently been added to many mobile phones, most notably Samsung’s Wave, as well as Google’s Nexus One. It is expected that the 11n technology will be applied to most if not all mobile phones in the near future, and will likely be the default. This should inevitably drop the price of Wi-Fi mobile phones across the market, although some less expensive phones will not be able to utilize it’s top speeds.

On a completely different topic I am having a go at sorting out something for my sister as a gift. When I was talking with her the other day she said that she would like a new pair of brooks running shoes . Any suggestions or do you know of a good place to get them?

Microsoft has just given a sneak peak to the general public of it new and upcoming browser called Internet Explorer 9. This new potential version of Explore is different from its predecessors in that the feedback loop and the Platform preview is almost totally different.

It seems that Microsoft is trying to keep web developers in the loop as it continues to improve and add new features before the final product is officially launched as they will be holding updates to its Internet Explorer 9 previews every two months or so. The new Internet Explorer 9 is not anywhere near finished and because of this the company has pasted the moniker on it.

According to Microsoft IE9 has not been developed to be solely a total Web browser even though it currently loads in shows Web pages with the help of the IE9 platform.

There is currently o user navigation tools that are on the previous browsers such as private browsing, an anti-malware filter, and an address bar.

Right now only Windows Sever R2, 7, and Vista SP2, will be able to run the Platform Preview. Windows XP will not run this platform even though close to three quarters of its operating systems being used globally is based on it.

It seems that this new Explorer will need the security and modern graphic underpinnings that are current in use today. It is also suppose to run on operating systems that are modern so that it can build on current innovations in operating systems and build on the newest hardware available.

The browser will enhance graphics and text by tapping into the graphic processor of your PC. This is one reason why the company has been pushing the browser in terms of gains in performance.

The engineers at Microsoft are no saying that IE9 is a re-built browser they prefer “re-architected”. This browser is set to go where no other browser has gone before.

I have just updated the copy on the website for adblue, I know that it must surprise you that I am working for an oil company; but I don’t think they are as un-green as I once supposed. Plus, I’ve sold out, I need the money!

As a former child of the 1970s, I have very fond memories of ‘Rainbow’. I used to just love watching the antics of Bungle, Zippy and George; and listening to their inane conversations with Jeffery always made me laugh. Even Rod, Jane and Freddy once had the power the keep me quiet as I watched the show.

So when I was on You Tube the other day, I decided to rekindle some of my childhood memories…

But; Shock! Horror! I came across this joke episode by mistake. It was made in just the same way as any other edition, but it is full of sexual innuendos. And I’m warning you right now; if you want to remember ‘Rainbow’ as a totally innocent kids programme, then do not click on the link! There is certainly nothing innocent about this short clip.

When I first watched it I thought that someone had sabotaged some old footage from the show as a joke. But this is not the case. It would appear that the entire cast and crew wanted to make a special episode that was full of adult humour. Obviously, it was never intended for broadcast and how it ever escaped from the vaults of the TV studio I’ll never know.

If you do insist on watching it, then ‘Rainbow’ will never be the same for you again. It’s very funny, but I can’t help thinking that it’s a shame to lose that childhood innocence. Perhaps it’s better to look up a different video instead…

One last thing, I have just checked out the design for this hr software webpage and I must admit in my web designer opinion it is really good-looking. In short, I have added it to my lookbook for the new site that I am putting together!

<p align="left"style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Most ultraportable headphones don’t make the grade with those people who are serious about music quality. Most are cheap, provide limit sound quality and are usually quite uncomfortable. However, Klipsch’s new Image X10i headphones not only provide pristine, high quality audio feedback, but are also incredibly comfortable.

<p align="left"style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">The comfort comes from the ultra slim copper earpieces, which fit softly in the ears and hardly noticeable to the wearer. Klipsch includes five different sets of eartips: three standard sleeves plus two double-flanged sleeves. All come in three different sizes to fit your personal preferences. This is a pleasant change from the round shaped earpieces of most models on the market today.

<p align="left"style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Although comfort is an important aspect to consider when choosing headphones, the true test comes down to audio quality. Here, the Image X10i does not disappoint. The way the earbuds fit inside your ears are not just for comfort, but for function as well. With such a snug fit, there is an ample amount of passive sound isolation; however, there is some noticeable noise coming from the rustling of the chords that may bother some during quieter parts of a song.

<p align="left"style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">But the most impressive aspect of these headphones is the quality of sound, with clear and balanced audio, with clean sound from across the audio ranges. Bass has a tendency to overpower other elements, but not with these headphones. The audio is perfectly balanced.

<p align="left"style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">The biggest concern of the Image X10i headphones is the price. They are definitely not cheap, and is priced at over three hundred dollars a set; a significant price difference from most ultraportable headphones that are available. As a result, only true music lovers can really justify such an outlandish price tag. If you are a passive music fan, perhaps you should look elsewhere, for this wallet draining model is the top of line in terms of quality and comfort.

And finally, if any of you are dying to know, check out the new illustrations that just went up for pvc banners. That was my gifted hand at photo editing!
